The BR1 Revalve service is recommended for the riders who are looking for more from their suspension. All BR1 Revalve services are specifically designed for the rider. Type of riding, ability, weight and rider input are all factors we use when setting up your suspension. This service includes all work described in a rebuild service with internal modifications to the damping system. A correct combination of spring rates, valving and oil levels are chosen and installed which are unique to each customer. All riders and racers want their bikes to “feel” a certain way. Maintaining your BR1 tuned suspension is just as important as setting up your suspension. Suspension performance decreases over time because of wear and oil viscosity breakdown. This service should be performed on your forks and shock every 30-40 hours.
Rebuild service includes complete disassembly of suspension components. Internal parts are cleaned, inspected for damage and service limits checked. Fork slider tubes and shock shafts are polished, inspected and cleaned. Components are reassembled with the required new parts and oil height set at the proper level. Compression and rebound adjusters are reset to where they were, or adjusted by customer request.

COATINGS:

DLC coating is the latest in friction reduction coatings. Developed in NASCAR, DLC is the same coating factory teams use on their suspension.

($45.00 charge will be added to remove and reinstall fork axle lugs)
(All KYB fork axle lugs must be replaced with new lugs after removal form tubes. $229.99 per. set black anodized or bare aluminum.)

Shipping

If you choose to send BR1 your suspension, please use the following instructions:

1. Get a suitable box (gun case or cardboard box at least 4 f t. long) if you need a box, please call us and we will ship you a box and packaging material. FREE!
2. Bubble Wrap each part. Keeping your suspension padded is VERY important.
3. Print out one of the BR1 Rider Info forms from below. Fill out and send with your suspension.

4. Insure your suspension for at least $2000.00 when shipping your suspension. ($1000.00 forks - $1000.00 shock).
5. We ship ground via UPS, prices very depending on destination. Usually $15.00-$40.00 each direction.
6. We can also ship your suspension 1day overnight, 2 or 3day delivery. Just let us know.
7. We accept Visa or Master Card only for shipped suspension services.
